Who operates Reelpen
Reelpen is a product of Asnaff Technologies. Contact: admin@reelpen.ai.
Account and project data
Google Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. Reelpen stores your Google/Firebase user identifier, verified email address, session records, private projects, revision history, reference images, and feedback you submit. Your Google password is never sent to Reelpen.
How data is used
We use this data to provide your workspace, save and restore your work, protect accounts, and respond to feedback. Your projects are private by default. Project access tokens grant only the access you select and can be revoked. Feedback is visible to you and the Reelpen team. Sending feedback does not automatically upload your scene or a screenshot.
Service providers and storage
The beta application and project database run on Amazon Web Services. Firebase, operated by Google, provides authentication. Cloudflare manages the domain and DNS. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Optional product-use counters are off by default and can be enabled or disabled in Account; they retain numeric activity totals for up to 30 days. Reelpen does not use an external analytics service for these counters.
Your controls
You can export your account data, revoke sessions and project tokens, and delete your Reelpen workspace in Account. Workspace deletion removes active Reelpen project and feedback records. Daily database backups are retained for up to 7 days. You can contact us about the separate Firebase sign-in record or other data questions at admin@reelpen.ai.
